Trent was created using ChatGPT and Synthesia. The objective in creating Trent was to share with attendees the power of AI and the speed in which content could be created.

Not perfected in production for the purpose of the demonstration - he was for many the first time the attendees experienced the power and speed of the two platforms.

Trent then shared his insights of how the salon owners could leverage the power of AI through a sequence of videos.

Below is the first introduction video where the AI generated video avatar shared Chat GPT’s answer to the prompt “provide a simple explanation of what Chat GPT is after being given details of the participants of the room.

After sharing the first video, participants then went on to discover some of the uses Chat GPT integrations could be used to enhance the customer journey to the salon. His first recommendation was through appointment booking and the use of voice recognition.

Trent then recommends other integrations such as Chat GPT Chat Bots that could provide product recommendations and answer frequently asked questions to save the salon owners time, offer services when the salon was closed and improve the customer journey even when open.

To wrap up the Chat GPT integrations segment, Trent then answered the big question in the room - how could the salons make this happen?
